Payment

• All payments must be made via wire transfer directly to our bank account or Western Union. The order will ship after the payment is received in our bank account, and to handle any misunderstanding both of sales and customer, please kindly contact us through phone/email after you have make a payment.

• Email us with the proof of the payment from your bank or Western Union receipt so we can released your order immediately for shipping. You are responsible for all bank transfer fees. we will ship your order once your payment is received.

• All payments including all EFT need to reflect in the bank account before any order is released for delivery or collection.
• Windmeul Rearing® does not accept cash payments as all payment proof most be send to our email address for company record and to easy auditing, however cash can be deposited directly into our account and send proof.
• For urgent orders that are paid via EFT please use the “pay and clear” service offered by most banks. This ensures that the payment is processed immediately in real time .

• Details of your order should be checked by yourself and confirmed as correct when your order is placed, and signed by you (We do not hold ourselves responsible for any incorrect orders placed.)
